This second book by Cheryl Melody Baskin is another remarkably inspiring piece of literature. The Heart Dreamer is referenced in the author’s first book, ‘Peace Dreamer’, but little did I know the impact it would have on me. I loved the first book, but to me, this one is even better!
In Heart Dreamer, Cheryl Melody share more insight into her own persona challenges, as well as, offer ideas, encouragement, guidelines and actual “healing” steps. She also talks in more depth about her online “Shift of Heart community” she created. In her podcast she gives encouragement and has developed a quality support system.
She shares further lyrics from her albums to reinforce the advice and “healing steps” she is giving.
I recently read ‘Midlife Voyage to Transformation’ by Donna Roe Daniell, and although it was an informative, well written book that discussed various up-to-date, advanced approaches to inward “healing”, ‘Heart Dreamer’ offers steps in accomplishing various healing methods. The two would be complimentary companions for referencing.
Along with a wealth of inspiration, Heart Dreamer’s author firm;y emphasizes the importance of keeping a personal journal.
I join the multitude of readers who has received a new determination to “heal” myself from within. This book is worth every penny a person will spend on it!
Cheryl Melody is a very talented, caring, wise individual.
